kitchen and pool table, offering around another 100 capacity. This has seperate access<br />
or can be accessed internally. There is also an extensive garden <strong>to</strong> the rear, split 2<br />
levels and around 40 metres long, extending <strong>to</strong> cal<strong>to</strong>n hill that could also offer<br />
something unique.<br />
