Paymentsaccepted by cash, cheque (made payable to the City of Ottawa),debit or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% applies to recreationprograms, services and materials where applicable and is includedin the fees. If you would like arefund*, you must fill out and submit a Refund Request Form.No processing fee will be charged if the refund is credited to youraccount. A $25 processing fee will be charged for refunds bycheque or credit card. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of thereceipt of the Refund Request Form.Learn to SwimLearn to Swim classes for allages and levels are available at17 City of Ottawa indoor pools.Certification and specialtycourses are also available.Visit ottawa.ca/recreationguideto find the courses available ateach pool.Learn to SkateLearn to Skate programs for allages and abilities are availableby group or private lessons.
