Technical Specification3.1 Lighting in the system can be controlled via various inputssuch as the "Centralized Switch" as well as "Graphical UserInterface Software" on the computer screen.3.2The personal computer used must follow the specifiedstandard as minimum requirements.3.3Copyright Energy Management Software with the followingspecifications :- Display the graphical floor plans of buildings or specificcontrolled areas of which the lighting can be controlledfrom these floor plans on the computer screen.- Scheduling can be set to automatically switch ON/OFFlighting circuits on specific time at no less than 10intervals per day.- Each lighting switch can be set to function as "ON/OFF"switch and can be set to control an individual circuit ora group of circuits.3.4Addressing can be set from control room via the installationsoftware on the computer screen.3.5Each unit must have it own independent microprocessor(CPU) unit built-in. If one CPU fails, the other units shall remainoperate in normal conditions.3.6The memory shall be of non-volatile memory (EEPROM)type. The memory should be able to retain the informationafter the power failure.3.7 Each lighting switch can be set to function as "ON/OFF"switch, "Dimmer" switch, "Group" switch or "Timer" switchand can also be set to control an individual circuit ora group of circuits (scene control) via the installation software.3.8Relay Unit and Relay Panel- Each relay must have the ampere rating of at least 10ampere or 20 ampere.- In case of the mains electricity is lost, all units in thesystem shall be able to maintain the information presentin each individual unit and power fail conditions shall beable to pre- set via the installation software. The powerfail condition shall be able to select the status of theRelay to either ON or OFF3.9Power Supply Unit- All power supplies in the system are connected inparalleledvia UTP Cat.5 Cable and transform the normal supply voltageat 220 VAC to the Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) at36 VDC.-A single power supply unit can supply the power to amaximum at 15 C-<strong>Bus</strong> input unit.3.10 Communication cable must be of UTP Cat.5 cableinstalled in separate conduit to the power cable.3.11 The wiring from one unit to the next shall be able toextend to no less than 1,000 meters in length.
