The Committee agreed to award up to £1,446.03 (being thecross-boundary portion) for the hire of the indoor training venue andrugby jerseys for under 16’s, with no award made in respect of rugbyjerseys for the 2 nd squad, in principle, subject to receiving a satisfactoryassessment with payment of grant being delegated to the Head ofDemocratic Services in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair ofthe Committee; andHoward Park Bowling Club (CG 5706) - The Administrative Officeradvised that the group had applied for a grant to be used towardsgreen feeding and treatments, machinery maintenance, utility bills andinsurance. The total costs of the project were £6,000.00 with acommunity grant of £5,464.00 sought. The application was crossboundarywith 27 of the 46 members residing in the Central South

The total costs ofthe project were £655.40 with a community grant of £655.40 sought.The Committee agreed to award up to £655.40, in principle, subject to(a) outstanding documents being submitted by the group as soon aspossible; and (b) receiving a satisfactory assessment and that thepayment of grant being delegated to the Head of Democratic Servicesin consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Committee;Shortlees Primary Forum (CG 5708) - The Administrative Officeradvised that the group had applied for funding for a Programme ofSummer Trips. The total costs of the project were £4,663.20 with acommunity grant of £4,663.20 sought. The Committee agreed to awardup to £4,663.20 (being the cross-boundary portion), in principle, subjectto (a) outstanding documents being submitted by the group within onemonth of the date of award letter; and (b) receiving a satisfactoryassessment with payment of grant being delegated to the Head ofDemocratic Services in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair ofthe Committee.2.
