What is EFY?<strong>Emancipated</strong> <strong>Foster</strong> <strong>Youth</strong> Services (EFY)have been established at <strong>Golden</strong> <strong>West</strong> <strong>College</strong>to support former foster youth towardstransforming their lives by achieving a highereducation. The staff is sensitive to the needs ofthe students and realizes their high potential tosucceed.
