FEEDBACK FROM OUR CUSTOMERS“I want to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciated the timeand effort you put into our class. I am confident that your presentation hasmade an indelible impression on our staff. I am already hearingcommunication between co-workers which reflects to me that they aretaking this as seriously as they should.”“Many of our experienced operators, who have been through many trainingclasses over the years, commented on how much more they learned in yourclasses, compared to other classes they had attended”.“You and your instructors have proven flexible enough to meet my threeshift scheduling requirements. The presentation style has been professionaland interesting and the final product has been a safe, confident driver.”“It is my opinion that your program far exceeds the revised OSHArequirements, and with the ability to make changes and updates to theprograms as the OSHA standards evolve, we are now positioned to maintaina highly effective and up-to-date program for many years to come.”“When we shopped around, we found your company was the only one thatreally offered customized service, since most forklift dealerships wereselling very generic one size fits all programs.”NOT ALL TRAINING IS CREATED EQUALIt’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you paytoo little you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought wasincapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law ofbusiness balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it can’t be done.If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk youhave run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for somethingbetter.John Ruskin (1819-1900)
