Participation RatesThe most basic requirement for making AYP is a 95% participation rate of students in all measurable sub-groupstaking state assessments.To calculate the participation percentage (proportion):Number of students participating in ISAT, PSAE, and IAAdivided byNumber of students enrolled at the time of testingThis same formula will be used at both the school and district levels to determine participation rates.3.
