Drumiller Lough is a seven year old gelding (2003) by the Dutch Warmblood Stallion, Heartbreaker<br />
and out of a mare by the Registered Irish Draught Stallion, Mountain Pearl. The Army Equitation<br />
School purchased Drumiller Lough as a four year old in 2007. Since then Capt David O’Brien<br />
& Drumiller Lough have achieved success in the Young Horse Classes on the National Circuit<br />
which include 4th place in the 5 Year Old Final at the Dublin Horse Show 2008, 2nd place in<br />
the 6 Year Old Final at the Dublin Horse Show 2009 & 2009 National 6 year Old Champion. In<br />
2009 Drumiller Lough & Capt O’Brien represented the Irish Bred Sport Horse at International<br />
level at the World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken winning the silver<br />
medal in the 6 Year Old Final. Again in 2010, Drumiller Lough and Capt O’Brien represented<br />
the Irish Sport Horse in the 7 Year Old Final at the World Breeding Championships.<br />
