Our August/September P-O <strong>Life</strong> brings you another walk with<br />
Leigh and Merry, our pick of events around the region, language<br />
exercises, daft jokes and plenty of general information<br />
about life in the P-O. We have also joined with the Banque<br />
Populaire in Céret to bring you a series of articles to help you to find<br />
your way around the intricacies of the French banking system!<br />
On centre court (how can you tell I’ve been following<br />
Wimbledon?), you will notice that our centre fold girl, Jane Mann<br />
has once again been ‘out for the day’ to bring you more sparkling<br />
suggestions and ideas for enjoying our lovely region.<br />
Over on the wine page, Jon Hesford of Domaine Treloar has put<br />
together a case of selected wines from small producers together with<br />
tasting notes for each bottle – guaranteed to set the conversation rolling<br />
at any dinner party – and big John has once again taken on the<br />
arduous task of testing out a selection of yummy restaurants - it’s a<br />
hard job but someone has to do it!<br />
