Terms & Condition:1. Total number of days stay in KSA will be as per selected package & extension in number of dayswill be allowed only if the hotel is booked through Local Agents. In no circumstances pilgrim willbe allowed to stay in KSA on his own arrangements.2. No refund for partially unused portion of the package.3. Procedural Terms & Conditions are subject to change without Prior Notice, which dependsupon Saudi & Pakistani rules & regulations.4. Oasis Travels / Meezan Bank will not be responsible for Rejection or Delay of Umrah Visa.5. Child Visa Charges Rs.10, 000/- without bed.6. If Visa/Mofa is endorsed & the Customer refuses to travel for any reason, Rs 10,000 perperson would be payable by the Customer.7. Other cancellation charges will be applicable in case of withdrawal / delay as per scheduleavailable with Oasis Travels or can be obtained from the Meezan Bank’s concerned branch uponrequest.8. Please note all Hotels are subject to availability if any hotel is not available client has to takehigher category of hotel and pay the difference of price.9. Package Price excludes Airfare.10. Once the visa is issued, passport will not be given back unless package is booked or visa expires.11. If pilgrim travels without Information Oasis Travel & Meezan Bank will not be responsible forany incident or detention and penalty by Saudi Authorities.12. In case of change in airfare / taxes, pilgrim will pay the actual difference before departure. Airfareof the traveling date and available class will be applicable.13. Oasis Travel has the right to accepts or rejects any application.14. In case if the pilgrim over stays illegally in KSA, SR 4000/- each will be charged from the pilgrimfamily or from referred person.15.
