Efficient manufactureManufactureOur production in Sersheim is automated to a great extent.We process coiled chromiumnickel steel and aluminiumalloys. Copper and other materials are used on request.Computercontrolled processing machines cut the metalsheets to size, straighten, emboss and punch them anddrill the necessary holes into the standardized preshapedparts. The high degree of automation guarantees perfectlyreproducible quality on a high level.Our production is organized in line with the principle oflean manufacturing: the teamoriented manner of workingmotivates the workforce in each “cell”, encourages decisionmakingand improves quality.
