On May 11, 2009, atapproximately 1:35 am, at 4317 Upper Meadow Rd, Mulberry, 3 Hispanic males, in a black 4-door Nissan or Honda, approachedthe victim as he was riding his bicycle, and hit him with a glass beer bottle. When the victim was hit with the bottle he fell to theground with a small laceration on the back of his head. The first suspect, who is the driver, got out of the vehicle with his righthand under his shirt, as if he had a gun, and started demanding money. The second suspect, armed with a baseball bat, begandemanding his cell phone. The victim refused and the third suspect got out of the vehicle and pointed a rifle at the victim.The suspects took the victim’s cell phone and fled west bound toward Mulberry.
