<strong>Lars</strong> has over 30 years experience teaching and practicing<br />
architecture as well as place making across the world.<br />
<strong>Lars</strong> is widely considered an international authority on<br />
quality of Public Space and Public Life, having lectured<br />
at numerous universities and seminars throughout the<br />
world. Recently <strong>Lars</strong> has been actively consulting private<br />

developers and local authorities in Australia, USA, Canada,<br />
China, India and in Jordan as well as for Scandinavian<br />
towns . <strong>Lars</strong> has served as a competition jury member for<br />
large scale public realm projects in Denmark. <strong>Lars</strong> is also<br />
<strong>Gehl</strong> <strong>Architects</strong>’ representative to The Cycling Embassy of<br />
Denmark.<br />

parking. lars is the active member and representative for <strong>Gehl</strong> architects in the new organization called the cycling embassy<br />
of Denmark. the organization consists of a network of cycling know-how experts, including consultants, producers of bicycle<br />
equipment and Danish city/municipal officials. the aim of the cycling embassy is to promote Danish know-how and expertise in<br />
solutions for cycling internationally.<br />
