WBB MINERALS' experienced geologists are constantly
engaged in identifying the best deposits of plastic clays,
kaolins and other industrial minerals. Detailed analysis of the
properties and characteristics of the minerals within the
Group's extensive reserves allows us to undertake carefully
planned extraction, maximising the benefit which can be
derived from these important resources.

WBB Fuchs and Kaolin- und Tonwerke Seilitz-Löthain together
form the international WBB Group’s German operating division,
which is also responsible for the operations of Pornon in
France, and Kaolin Hlubany in the Czech Republic.
WBB Fuchs has over 160 years of experience in clays, today
reinforced by our advanced technological expertise which
places us firmly in the forefront of developments in clay
technology.
WBB MINERALS’ German division is active in all the major clay
deposits of Germany, in the Westerwald, Eifel, Pfalz, the
Neuwied Basin and Saxony. Annual production from these
deposits exceeds two million tonnes, extracted from 25 quarries
and processed at our 8 processing plants. Supporting our
customers, WBB Fuchs has an experienced, well-qualified
technical team, backed by modern laboratory facilities.

WBB Fuchs Keramische-Massen operates two highly
versatile production units in the historic Westerwald
stoneware-producing region of Germany.
