Research Support: TOC<strong>Law</strong> Librarians are ready to assist faculty with their research endeavors. The following research supportservices are provided to faculty: Finding books and articles Compiling bibliographies on any topic Assistance with database research Individual training sessions on particular databases Developing research guides, pathfinders, or other materials for a specific area <strong>of</strong> law Monitoring and informing faculty <strong>of</strong> current developments in news, technology, databases, etc. Assisting or tutoring faculty research assistants in legal research Answering any reference or research questions<strong>Faculty</strong> Research Series & One-On-One Training: TOCThe <strong>Law</strong> Library facilitates one fifteen-minute training program each month to keep faculty up to date on newdevelopments in research and technology. Look for advertisements announcing topics and times.<strong>Law</strong> Librarians are also happy to provide personalized instructions on using the <strong>Law</strong> Library catalog (OASIS),databases, or other resources available through the <strong>Law</strong> Library. If you are interested in scheduling a trainingsession, please contact your Library Liaison or Eugenia Charles-Newton at eugenia.newton@ttu.edu OR dial806-834-6813.Document Delivery & Pick-Up: TOCThe <strong>Law</strong> Library <strong>of</strong>fers first-class document delivery service to faculty members. <strong>Faculty</strong> can request to havedocuments, books, DVD’s, and/or magazines delivered to their <strong>of</strong>fices or mailboxes.<strong>Faculty</strong> can request for document delivery through the <strong>Faculty</strong> Request Database OR contact your ReferenceAssistance OR contact Eugenia Charles-Newton at eugenia.newton@ttu.edu or dial 806-834-6813.The <strong>Law</strong> Library can also schedule to pick up books or other library materials that need to be returned. Booksor library items checked-out through the main <strong>University</strong> Library are returned via campus mail. In instanceswhere you need main <strong>University</strong> Library materials returned, please provide notice three (3) business daysbefore the due date to ensure your items are returned and processed by the due date.13
