This dehumidifier can dryup to about a small five bedroom house.There are too many sources of moisture.Bathing, washing, drying clothes and cooking allputs moisture into the air. Calor gas heating canadd too much moisture into the air for adehumidifier.There is too much ventilation.The air filter is blocked and the reduce air flow iseffecting performance.The outside air temperature has dropped and thewindows are colder.The surface temperature of the windows is too lowfor a dehumidifier to prevent condensation.Common with single glazed windows and whenthe outside air temperature drops below freezing.The dried air is past over a heating element beforeit is blown into the room as part of thedehumidification process.Insert the plug into the wall outlet.Remove the water from the container.Place the water container in the correct position.Clean the air filter.The machine does not dehumidify below 1°C, it ishighly unlikely at that temperature that there isany moisture to remove anyway.The dehumidifier dries down to the target relativehumidity set and then goes into fan only modeuntil the relative humidity goes above the set pointagain.We recommend using a dehumidifier with agreater capacity.We recommend using a dehumidifier with agreater capacity.
