Deepwater capabilityIn the period since the first discoveryin Ghana in 2007, Tullow hasestablished a major deepwateroperating capability, critical to thedevelopment of the Jubilee fieldand to the Group’s longer-termgrowth ambitions.Retaining talentTullow’s ability to attract and retaintalented people is a fundamentalstrength of the Group.
