Welcome to Instituto de Empresa!<br />
As Dean of Instituto de Empresa, it is a pleasure for me to welcome the companies participating in the 2005<br />
International Career Fair.<br />
Our Career Fair, consolidated year after year, is the opportunity that Instituto de Empresa offers recruiting<br />
companies to get to know the talent of the students of our School.<br />
As most of you know, the MBA and the International MBA programmes of Instituto de Empresa strive to provide<br />
our students the general management education as well as the interpersonal skills that companies nowadays<br />
demand. Furthermore, Instituto de Empresa’s entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in all of our programmes and<br />
activities, results in a type of leadership that can create collective value by investigating competitive business<br />
projects in innovative environments without losing sight of the challenges of the real world.<br />
The profile of our students is that of professionals with 2 to 5 years’ experience, coming from diverse professional<br />
backgrounds, with well-developed competencies and abilities and a clear international orientation. All of our<br />
students share important accomplishments: they have all gone through an academic programme of extraordinary<br />
exigency and intellectual levels, they have all succeeded in managing an exceptionally intense work schedule, and<br />
they have all achieved unique personal and professional development levels. Each member of the Class of 2005<br />
possesses a professional talent that will make the difference in the companies they will join.<br />
At Instituto de Empresa we fully understand the challenges that lie ahead for corporations around the world. This<br />

Nike products have been sold in Spain from 1979 to 1989 through a Spanish company that distributed<br />
Nike among other well-known sport brands. Nike decided to organize a Spanish subsidiary and AMERICAN<br />
NIKE opened in January 1990. The wholesale business has been continually improving in the Spanish<br />
market. In 1995, we opened our first sales showroom in the Canary Islands, and in 1996, the expansion<br />

Welcome to Instituto de Empresa!<br />
As Dean of Instituto de Empresa, it is a pleasure for me to welcome the companies participating in the 2005<br />
International Career Fair.<br />
Our Career Fair, consolidated year after year, is the opportunity that Instituto de Empresa offers recruiting<br />
companies to get to know the talent of the students of our School.<br />
As most of you know, the MBA and the International MBA programmes of Instituto de Empresa strive to provide<br />
our students the general management education as well as the interpersonal skills that companies nowadays<br />
demand. Furthermore, Instituto de Empresa’s entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in all of our programmes and<br />
activities, results in a type of leadership that can create collective value by investigating competitive business<br />
projects in innovative environments without losing sight of the challenges of the real world.<br />
The profile of our students is that of professionals with 2 to 5 years’ experience, coming from diverse professional<br />
backgrounds, with well-developed competencies and abilities and a clear international orientation. All of our<br />
students share important accomplishments: they have all gone through an academic programme of extraordinary<br />
exigency and intellectual levels, they have all succeeded in managing an exceptionally intense work schedule, and<br />
they have all achieved unique personal and professional development levels. Each member of the Class of 2005<br />

¿Cómo se accede a la empresa?<br />
Los candidatos interesados deberán enviarnos su<br />

¿Cómo se accede a la empresa?<br />
Todos los años tiene lugar en el primer trimestre<br />
un proceso de selección general de nuevos<br />
abogados junior. Por otro lado, también se llevan<br />
a cabo procesos individuales a partir de la currícula<br />
recibida durante el ejercicio. El proceso de selección<br />
general se desarrolla en cada uno de nuestros<br />
despachos; de este modo, el candidato se familiariza<br />
con el entorno, los profesionales y el ambiente de<br />
trabajo, ya que nuestro objetivo no es sólo el de<br />
evaluar al candidato, sino también que éste tenga<br />
la oportunidad de conocer nuestra cultura y<br />
nuestros valores. Este proceso consta de las<br />
siguientes fases: 1. Valoración del currículum vitae<br />
y del expediente académico. 2. Pruebas de<br />
conocimientos técnicos: Caso jurídico y Pruebas de<br />
