Welcome to Instituto de Empresa! 

As Dean of Instituto de Empresa, it is a pleasure for me to welcome the companies participating in the 2005 

International Career Fair. 

Our Career Fair, consolidated year after year, is the opportunity that Instituto de Empresa offers recruiting 

companies to get to know the talent of the students of our School. 

As most of you know, the MBA and the International MBA programmes of Instituto de Empresa strive to provide 

our students the general management education as well as the interpersonal skills that companies nowadays 

demand. Furthermore, Instituto de Empresa’s entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in all of our programmes and 

activities, results in a type of leadership that can create collective value by investigating competitive business 

projects in innovative environments without losing sight of the challenges of the real world. 

The profile of our students is that of professionals with 2 to 5 years’ experience, coming from diverse professional 

backgrounds, with well-developed competencies and abilities and a clear international orientation. All of our 

students share important accomplishments: they have all gone through an academic programme of extraordinary 

exigency and intellectual levels, they have all succeeded in managing an exceptionally intense work schedule, and 

they have all achieved unique personal and professional development levels. Each member of the Class of 2005 

possesses a professional talent that will make the difference in the companies they will join. 

At Instituto de Empresa we fully understand the challenges that lie ahead for corporations around the world. This

Welcome to Instituto de Empresa! 

As Dean of Instituto de Empresa, it is a pleasure for me to welcome the companies participating in the 2005 

International Career Fair. 

Our Career Fair, consolidated year after year, is the opportunity that Instituto de Empresa offers recruiting 

companies to get to know the talent of the students of our School. 

As most of you know, the MBA and the International MBA programmes of Instituto de Empresa strive to provide 

our students the general management education as well as the interpersonal skills that companies nowadays 

demand. Furthermore, Instituto de Empresa’s entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in all of our programmes and 

activities, results in a type of leadership that can create collective value by investigating competitive business 

projects in innovative environments without losing sight of the challenges of the real world. 

The profile of our students is that of professionals with 2 to 5 years’ experience, coming from diverse professional 

backgrounds, with well-developed competencies and abilities and a clear international orientation. All of our 

students share important accomplishments: they have all gone through an academic programme of extraordinary 

exigency and intellectual levels, they have all succeeded in managing an exceptionally intense work schedule, and 

they have all achieved unique personal and professional development levels. Each member of the Class of 2005

(mínimo de notable). Dominio del inglés. Se valorará 

el conocimiento de otros idiomas (francés, alemán, 

etc.). Valoramos los masters y cursos de postgrado, 

la experiencia profesional y docente, las prácticas 

profesionales y la preparación de oposiciones. 

Personas con ambición profesional, capacidad de 

trabajo en equipo, de relacionarse con otros, con 

buenas dotes de comunicación, iniciativa y 

disponibilidad. Profesionales capaces de liderar 

equipos, generar negocio y que puedan llegar a 

ser referentes en la profesión. 


Todos los años tiene lugar en el primer trimestre 

un proceso de selección general de nuevos 

abogados junior. Por otro lado, también se llevan 

a cabo procesos individuales a partir de la currícula 

recibida durante el ejercicio. El proceso de selección 

general se desarrolla en cada uno de nuestros 

despachos; de este modo, el candidato se familiariza 

con el entorno, los profesionales y el ambiente de 

trabajo, ya que nuestro objetivo no es sólo el de 

evaluar al candidato, sino también que éste tenga 

la oportunidad de conocer nuestra cultura y 

nuestros valores. Este proceso consta de las 

siguientes fases: 1. Valoración del currículum vitae 

y del expediente académico. 2. Pruebas de 

conocimientos técnicos: Caso jurídico y Pruebas de 

inglés. 3. Pruebas de actitud y personalidad: Pruebas 

situacionales (mediante assessment center) para 

identificar, de entre aquellos candidatos más 

cualificados, a los que posean las características 

propias de “los mejores”. 4. Entrevista con socios.
