That motorized snow vehicles may be operated on or across roadways in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Renfrew</strong>,provided such use is solely for <strong>the</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> accessing an established snowmobile route in <strong>the</strong>most direct manner.2. That no person shall operate a motorized snow vehicle within <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Renfrew</strong> at a speed inexcess <strong>of</strong> 50 km per hour subject to clause #3.3. That motorized snow vehicles traveling on <strong>the</strong> Municipally owned recreational trail known as <strong>the</strong>‘Millennium Trail’ shall not exceed <strong>of</strong> 40 km per hour.4. That no person shall operate a motorized snow vehicle within <strong>the</strong> <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Renfrew</strong> between <strong>the</strong>hours <strong>of</strong> midnight on week day (1 :00 a.m. on Saturday <strong>and</strong> Sunday) <strong>and</strong> 7:00 a.m. on <strong>the</strong> next orsame day. This Bylaw shall not apply to <strong>the</strong> operation <strong>of</strong> snow grooming equipment.
