ZEM SEPThe ZEM SEP is our instantaneous plate heatexchanger condensing combination boiler.Like all of our hot water solutions, it uses a fullbore, three port valve to divert full boiler powerto the plate when there is a hot water demand.The diverter valve ensures fast response andreliability, with a flow rate of 13.1 l/min.
