NOTiCE is an Achilles' internet-based package designed to ease the task of
preparing and submitting notices to the Official Journal, as per the new
models which came into effect in May 2002. It is a further extension to
the Achilles portfolio of procurement services. To produce NOTiCE, Achilles
has combined a sound knowledge of practical procurement with modern IT
expertise:
• NOTiCE is online, secure and fully compliant with EC requirements
• NOTiCE simplifies the drafting process
• NOTiCE enables different team members to view and amend draft
notices. NOTiCE also allows emailing and downloading.

NOTiCE
• Achilles developed this system in conjunction with the OJEC (Official Journal of the
European Communities) and the completed forms meet all EC procurement rules.
• The NOTiCE system allows you to compile and submit notices to
the OJEC online.
• The system does not require any software installation and can be easily accessed
once you are registered.
• You can access all regulated contracts published in Europe through the system.
• Advised by e-mail when your notice has been sent, and when it is published.
NOTiCE application payment details
The Annual Subscription Fee is:
• €211.75 for single users (€175.00 + VAT@21%)
• €60.50 for additional users (€50.00+ VAT@21%)
• €969.00 for corporate licence (unlimited users) (€800.00 + VAT@21%)

How to subscribe to NOTiCE
To subscribe to NOTiCE please complete the tear-off form, including payment details and return to the NOTiCE Team at Achilles. You will
then be sent user details which will enable you to log on and use the service immediately, via www.achilles.com.
NOTiCE Plus
NOTiCE Plus is a value-added version of the NOTiCE system which enables Contracting Authorities to receive expert advise and assistance
on the completion of notices and associated procurement issues on a retainer basis.The service will be tailored to the needs of individual
Contracting Authorities. If you are interested in this service, please tick the NOTiCE Plus option below.
