September 14, 2011 was a beautiful day for<br />
<strong>the</strong> annual CSTEP-HEOP-<strong>Project</strong> <strong>REACH</strong><br />
Welcome Back Picnic. The wea<strong>the</strong>r helped to<br />
make it a perfect day for tie dye, meeting<br />
new people, and enjoying good food. Colorful<br />
tie-dyed t-shirts decorated <strong>the</strong> clo<strong>the</strong>slines<br />
strung from <strong>the</strong> trees. It was a great time for<br />
members to reconnect with friends, meet<br />
<strong>the</strong>ir mentors or mentees, and get to know all<br />
<strong>the</strong> staff involved in <strong>the</strong> various grant<br />
programs.<br />
