York & Windell, 2006Cold-Plasma Beam ExperimentsIn 1990 my associate Warren York and I began experimentingwith modulating resonant plasma beams. We soon discovered thatby placing a target in or near the beam we could cause structurallattice changes in various crystalline materials. We were forced totemporarily suspend our investigations due to lack of funding. However, last year we were able to again continue our work. Wefound that we could harden or soften crystals by simply changingthe phase angle and duty cycle of the resonant beam.We also found that we could increase the performance ofsemiconductors by about 30%. We believe that many of theanomalous effects were due to time dilation. We have observedthe apparent conversion of electrical energy in excess of what canbe explained by conventional theory. It was also found that manyother strange and interesting effects could be produced. We arenow working on making sure that all of the observed phenomenaare 100% reproducible.– Mike Windell
