Inspired byRudolf Steiner and John <strong>Ruskin</strong>, the <strong>College</strong> actively promotes the local heritage ofNailsworth through craftsmanship and entrepreneurship in traditional and contemporaryindustrial crafts.Applications are invited for the following post that will be based in Nailsworth,Gloucestershire<strong>College</strong> Accountant40 hours per week for 52 weeks per yearGrade 11:12 £31,600 – £37,750, subject to qualifications and experience<strong>Ruskin</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> <strong>College</strong> in Nailsworth is part of the <strong>Ruskin</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> Educational <strong>Trust</strong> group,offering education, training and care to students with special needs.As a result of recent expansion, the <strong>Trust</strong> is recruiting a management accountant tooversee the financial activities of the college and other initiatives in Nailsworth.This new role will have responsibility for the financial control and reporting of <strong>Ruskin</strong><strong>Mill</strong> <strong>College</strong>, together with a new satellite operation in west Wales. Duties willinclude the production of business plans in support of fundraising bids and newinitiatives as well as producing monthly financial figures and reports to strictdeadlines.The role will involve membership of the college Senior Management team and thesupervision and training of other members of the Finance department on site.Applications are invited from qualified accountants, preferably with experience ofworking in an educational or charitable environment.
