RESTRICTEDBAF OFFRS’ MESS DHAKAINSTRUCTION : HONEY MOON LODGERef:A. Instructions by AOC, BAF Base Bashar, BSR/3333/1/OM/V-20(N-2)This lodge, as the mane implies, provides an opportunity to newly married officers to celebratetheir honeymoon in Dhaka. It also provides an opportunity to other officers to stay with theirfamily in Dhaka area for urgent requirements. To provide equal opportunity and standardize theprocess of booking and allotments of the Honeymoon Lodge, following rules are promulgated:1. Honeymoon Lodge may be booked over telephone or physically by filling up theprescribed form.2. A register will be maintained by NCOIC Offrs’ Mess, for initial booking and to keeprelevant records.3. Prescribed form is to be filled-in, not before one month and fwd to PMC through MessSecy for allotment.4. The lodge may be booked for a period of maximum one week. Extension of period willbe at the discretion of AOC, BAF Base Bashar.5. In no case, an offr is allowed to stay on other officers’ booking.6. Offr will be permitted to keep his wife/her husband, children & parents only.7. Any offr who wants to surrender his booking must personally intimate to mess Secy atleast 07 days before, otherwise he has to pay all the charges.8. the daily charges for Honeymoon Lodge is Tk. 50/= (35/= Tk for batman & 15 Tk formaint).9. Mess will provide beddings only. Addl items, if required, are to be mentioned in the formwhich will be provided subj to availability.10. While booking Honeymoon Lodge the officers are to submit the written form within 7days from the date3 of booking by telephone or in writing by any of his representative offr.11. If the booking is given by another officer, the sponsor officer will give his particulars andcontact no to the mess authority, so that mess can communicate the sponsor officer regardingany query.12. For any unavoidable circumstance, mess auth reserves the right to cancel the bookingas a whole.N.B: (1) After initial booking by telephone of any other means, the written applicationthrough proper booking form should be given to Mess Office within 07 days from initial bookingdate. If application form does not reach the Mess Office within this time, the booking will beautomatically cancelled.(2) Application may be submitted maximum one month before.RESTRICTED
