TAZ offers nine case sizes,eight of which (A through H) are fully qualifiedto MIL-PRF-55365/4, and also includes theoriginal sub-miniature R case (non-QPL).This series is fully interchangeable withCWR06 conformal types, while offering theadvantages of molded body / complianttermination construction (ensuring no TCEmismatch with any substrate). Thisconstruction is compatible with a wide rangeof SMT board assembly processes includingwave or reflow solder, conductive epoxy orcompression bonding techniques.The parts also carry full polarity andcapacitance / voltage marking. The fivesmaller cases are characterized by their lowCASE DIMENSIONS:profile construction, with the A case beingthe world’s smallest molded militarytantalum chip.All 4V to 50V ratings are qualified toMIL-PRF-55365 Weibull “B”, “C”, “D” and“T” levels, with all surge options (“A”, “B” &“C”) available.For Space Level applications, <strong>AVX</strong> SRC9000 qualification is recommended (seeratings table for part number availability).There are four termination finishes available:solder plated, fused solder plated, hot solderdipped and gold plated (these are “H”, “K”,“C” and “B” termination, respectively, perMIL-PRF-55365).
