Afternoon shifts and one Security Guard and One Gunman during theNight Shift.B. HOUSE KEEPING SERVICESI Eligibility Conditions :1) The party should be in the business of providing House-keepingServices to reputed Educational/Research Institutions and/or bigbusiness/corporate houses for the last 3 years.2) The party should have annual turnover of atleast Rs. 15 -20 lakhduring the last 2 financial years.3) The party should have adequate trained and experienced HousekeepingPersonnel on its regular establishment strength.4) The party should have sufficient infrastructure in place/under itscontrol for starting the services at short notice.5) The party should be registered under all statutes etc. as may benecessary/applicable for providing such services.IIRequirement of PersonnelThe Institute requires about 10 Housekeepers and one Supervisor forthe Hostel Rooms (39 twin-sharing Rooms); open public areas andpublic areas of the Administration Block. The material/equipmentrequired for the Services is supplied by the Institute.

C. GENERALThe applications, from eligible parties, together with the copies of certificates,audited accounts etc. covering their eligibility for consideration all relevantdocuments for empanelment, be submitted at the Institute by June 15, 2013 (3.00P.M.)The Institute reserves the right to reject all or any application withoutassigning any reason or to prescribe suitable criteria for inviting financialbids from the parties.In case, a party wishes to apply for all services, it should submit separateapplications for each Service, failing which their combined applications fornone of the Services shall be considered.
