Operation Life Transformed (OLT) was dedicated and designed to ensure military
spouses and caregivers of the wounded can participate in the workforce. The mission
of OLT is to: provide education and resources to our military spouses and
war wounded caregivers through private and corporate entities, increase awareness
of the long term needs of these families and support the caregiver as they
re-enter the workforce. Our focus is to enable our military spouses and caregivers
to find job placement, flexible business models or participate in on-line training
and education programs in fields that readily fit around medical schedules, disabilities,
future rehabilitation and transitioning to create a portable lifestyle for
the military family. Our goal is to: empower achievement, independence and the
assurance of renewed hope. We emphasize careers in such fields as medical transcription,
property management, pharmacy technician and many more. In many
incidences caregiver training, education and job placement are overlooked but,
are vital where the injured or ill may no longer be the primary provider.
