PROCLAMATION OF COMMENCEMENT<br />
I, John Landy, Governor of <strong>Victoria</strong>, with the<br />
advice of the Executive Council and under<br />
section 2(1) of the Outworkers (Improved<br />
Protection) Act 2003, fix 1 November 2003 as<br />
the day on which that Act comes into operation.<br />
