Amendment C23 Part 2<br />
The Minister for Planning has approved<br />
Amendment C23 Part 2 to the Banyule Planning<br />
Scheme.<br />
The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />
date this notice is published in the <strong>Government</strong><br />
<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />
Part 2 of the Amendment corrects the<br />
mapping of Heritage Overlay 47 (HO47).<br />

Notice of Approval of Amendment<br />
Amendment C43<br />
The Minister for Planning has approved<br />
Amendment C43 to the Brimbank Planning<br />
Scheme.<br />
The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />
date this notice is published in the <strong>Government</strong><br />
<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />
The Amendment:<br />
l applies a Special Use 2 Zone to land<br />
including 2Ð148 Sydenham Road, Delahey,<br />
bounded by Taylors Road, Sydenham Road,<br />
Kings Road and the rear of properties on<br />
McNicholl Way;<br />
l includes the land in the Environmental Audit<br />
Overlay; and,<br />
l introduces the Environmental Significance<br />
Overlay (ESO) to the Brimbank Planning<br />
Scheme, and applies ESO Schedules 1 and 2<br />
on the land.<br />
The Amendment also corrects a mapping<br />
anomaly affecting land in a Business 1 Zone on<br />
the western corner of Parmelia and Fastnet<br />
Drives, Taylors Lakes.<br />
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected,<br />
free of charge, during office hours, at the<br />
