VENDOR: LEFKAS BUILDERS PTY LTD (A.C.N. 007 169 002)

1. RESTRICTIONS - A description of any easement, covenant, or other similar restriction
affecting the property (registered or unregistered) is set out in the copy documents attached
to this Statement.
To the best of the Vendor's knowledge there is no existing failure to comply with the
terms of same, except as may be disclosed in any attachment to this Statement.

Vendor's knowledge.
