However, livedemonstrations alone, we believe, often cannot sufficiently convey thethoughts of the operator and audience members are too often leftwithout the opportunity to voice their concerns or to ask furtherquestions. In order to ameliorate these circumstances, we have addedfeatures to this session to make your experience even more rewarding.On the first day, operators will provide commentary entitled, "Mypre-procedure thoughts and strategy" regarding their live cases to beperformed on subsequent days. These commentaries will provide theopportunity for a deeper understanding of the live cases to follow. Onthe second day, operators performed the previous day will providecommentary entitled, "pre-procedural strategy and the actualprocedure". Intra-coronary imaging not only providesguidance for PCI, but also plays an important role for clarifying thepathophysiology of ischemic heart disease. Physicians are invited tosubmit IVUS, OCT and Endoscopic imagery that proved to beclinically useful or from unique cases, etc, that can be considered“evidential images.”Ten outstanding cases will be presented during BIC session at theCCT2010 and are posted on the CCT website.
