Furthermore, details of the Live Coursecases on Saturday afternoon will be reviewed and the experts willreveal their personal strategies. Later that same afternoon, the caseswill be performed live. We believe this sequence of events offers thebest opportunity for the participants to increase his or her knowledgelevel, and encourage participation the entire day.Operators: Kazuaki Mitsudo, Shigeru Saito,Yasushi Asakura, Etsuo TsuchikaneSee p. 27What should we learnfrom live cases?More than anything, CCT places importance on providing lectures andan educational experience via live events. However, livedemonstrations alone, we believe, often cannot sufficiently convey thethoughts of the operator and audience members are too often leftwithout the opportunity to voice their concerns or to ask furtherquestions. In order to ameliorate these circumstances, we have addedfeatures to this session to make your experience even more rewarding. On the first day, operators will provide commentary entitled, "Mypre-procedure thoughts and strategy" regarding their live cases to beperformed on subsequent days. These commentaries will provide theopportunity for a deeper understanding of the live cases to follow. Onthe second day, operators performed the previous day will providecommentary entitled, "pre-procedural strategy and the actualprocedure". Here is where participants who saw a case the previousday can see the important points of the case and gain an even deeperunderstanding.Strategies for the tomorrow’s cases(PCI)Thursday, January 28 16:30-18:30 Master TheaterSee p. 28JReview of the yesterday’s cases(PCI)CCT 2010 BIC:Best Intra-coronaryimaging CompetitionNew in 2010“ BIC(Best Intra-coronary imaging Competition)” will be held for thefirst time at CCT2010.
