A guest home large enough to host frequentvisitors, including Sue’s uncle Mitt Romney …definitely.The 8,000-square-foot guest home wasdesigned by JSA Architects. The sitemanager was Russ Taylor with MaglebyCompanies. “Russ was so accommodating,”Sue Mika says. “I would talk to himin the barn about all the little tiny things— like I wanted a certain bolt over here.”Russ even went above and beyond whenthe Mikas’ daughter drove right throughthe garage door of their main home.Russ immediately began helping themsolve the crisis.www.uvmag.com ■ Utah Valley Magazine 35
