GUIDELINESGENERAL BOOKINGS Terms and conditions must be read and clearlyunderstood. Display presentation to be professional and tidy eg.trestles/tables must be fully covered to the floor andall items must be displayed on the trestle/table andnot on the floor. Displays must be manned at all times. Signage must be professionally presented eg corflutesign pinned to the front of trestle skirt or double sidedpull up banner. No hand written, chrome stand, ‘A’frame or free standing signage allowed in thecommon mall and must not be placed on mall pillarsor on the floor. Chairs are not provided, own chairs must be used andmall seats must not be borrowed. A Christmas Loading applies to CML rates from 16 to30 November of 10% and 1 to 31 December 25%. After three (3) CML bookings within a calendar year,the fourth will receive 20% discount (excludingNovember and December). Booking sites are subject to change at any time, at thediscretion of Centre Management.CHARITY/NOT FOR PROFIT BOOKINGS Site “K” is the community site allocated. It can bechanged at any time, at the discretion of CentreManagement. Maximum of four (4) bookings per calendar year. A‘booking’ can be anything from one day to one week. Maximum of two (2) trestles tables for thecommunity site. Administration fee of $15 plus GST will be chargedfor each booking, which includes one trestle andskirt. Additional trestle hire is $15 plus GST perbooking. Restricted bookings from 16 November to25 December.
