InstructionsArthrosound is simple and easy to operate.1. Make sure the area to be treated iscompletely clean.2. Connect the device by inserting theadapter into the base of the Arthrosounddevice and then plug into a wall socket.3. Apply the Glucosamine Gold Gel to thearea to be treated (ultrasound wavesonly work when the Glucosamine GoldGel is used).4. Depress the power button for 1 seconduntil the light on top of the unit turnsgreen.– To treat joint pain, gently massage theskin above the painful area with arotating method as shown below.– For pain in larger muscles, gentlymassage the skin with a strokingmethod for 2-3 seconds each time for adistance of approximately 10cm.5. We recommend you use Arthrosoundfor 5 minutes, three times a day on eacharea in pain. There is no need to applyArthrosound for more than 15 minutes aday on the same area.6. The Glucosamine Gold Gel will absorbinto your skin so make sure you re-applymore gel throughout the treatment whenyou need to.7. You may experience some warmth inthe area being treated and you may alsofeel the small mini-vibrations on yourskin that pulse on and off as you movethe device. This is entirely normal.8. Arthrosound is equipped with a safetycut off timer that will automaticallyswitch off approx 10 minutes afterdepressing the power button. This is toprevent over-use on one particular area.9.
