The <strong>University</strong>again fared well in categoriessuch as graduation/retentionrates and alumni giving rate.The Calloway School of Businessand Accountancy was ranked29th, tied with five other schools,in the listing of the top undergraduatebusiness programs inthe nation.‘Deacon Tower’ part ofGroves renovationFANS ATTENDING FOOTBALLgames in Groves Stadiumthis fall should bid a fondfarewell to the old press box. Ifall goes according to plan, thecurrent 7,000-square-foot pressbox, built in 1968, will be torndown following this season andreplaced, in two years, with a123,000-square-foot tower thatwill stretch across much of thetop of the West Stands.“Deacon Tower” will includepremium seating for about1,000 fans in club seats andluxury boxes on two levels, thePresident’s Box and media seatingon the next level, and radioand television booths on thetop level. The ground level willinclude public restrooms andconcessions.Funding for the project willcome from box suite and clubseat revenue, sponsorships, andfundraising.
