Proofof residency is a current photo ID with in-District address printedon the front. If address is not printed on the front, then a secondform of proof is required: a bill (Xcel, phone, etc.) mailed to thecustomer; or a lease, rental agreement or property tax statementshowing the customer’s in-District address.
