That measure is shown on STAR’s GrowthProfi ciency Chart below—an interactive, web-based displaythat’s viewable by class, grade, school, or district. It’sexclusive to STAR Enterprise customers in Summer, 2012.Students inthis area are highachievers, but theirgrowth is low. Are theybored? Unmotivated?Not trying? What canyou do to inspirethem?Many statesconsider35-65 SGP tobe typicalgrowth.Students inthis area arewell-challengedand growing. This isthe goal.These students areway below benchmarkand not growing.
