It was purchased in 2001 and hangs in theRidgeview Library. PAC 2001.45. “Ukama” by Godrey Kurari is a carved springstone sculpture that represents family unity andcommunity. This sculpture was dedicated in 2003 as part of the dedication of the HighlandRecreation Center at Stanford Park. This sculpture was purchased through a private fund-raisingeffort and is dedicated to Danny Thompson, the former Parks and Recreation director. PAC2003.67. “Stone Souls Rising” by Julia Stout is a free form steel sculpture that currently is located at thePatrick Beaver Memorial Library.
