R&Qhas a proven track record in dispute resolution andthe management of recoveries by legal action.• Proofs of debt (including insolvent and solventscheme submissions)Recoveries from insolvent estates and solventcompanies under a Scheme of Arrangementgenerate significant recoveries. R&Q will ensurerecoveries are not lost completely due to Bar Datesbeing missed or not maximised if Proofs of Debt/Claims Filings are not submitted appropriately.R&Q is aware of most if not all of the estates orcompanies closing which have an impact uponclients’ business.
