Buyer shall, at <strong>Dover</strong> <strong>Finishing</strong> <strong>Products</strong>’ option, return any alleged defective product to <strong>Dover</strong> <strong>Finishing</strong> <strong>Products</strong>at Buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to buyer only. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including,but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. <strong>Dover</strong> <strong>Finishing</strong> <strong>Products</strong> shall not be liable, under anycircumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, labour costs or loss of profits arising in connection with theuse of or inability to use products purchased from <strong>Dover</strong> <strong>Finishing</strong> <strong>Products</strong>.Shipping: All items not in stock at time of delivery will be placed on back order unless other instructions are specified by the customer. All orders areshipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading and claimed accordingly.
