PATH Committee Meeting Wednesday 7 November 2012 Annual General Meeting Minutes 1. Welcome Julie Maddock thanked everyone for attending. 2. Attendees Michelle Phillips, Patricia Amarilli, Milena Ickeringill, Sarah Cox, Miriam Dexter, Julie Maddock, Melanie Smith, Tara Sewart, Penny Zissis, Rosie Gordon, Ingrid White and Wendy McKenzie. 3. Apologies Sonia Clark, Vicky Brownbill and Jenny Lampard. 4. Review and acceptance of minutes of 2011 Annual General Meeting Julie Maddock proposed acceptance of the 2010 Annual General Meeting Minutes. Seconded by Sarah Cox. All members were in agreement to accept the minutes (11/11). 5. Treasurer’s Report See attached report. 6. President’s Report See attached report. Sarah Cox thanked Julie Maddock for doing an amazing job and much of it own her own over the last 12 months. Julie was also instrumental in ensuring the Starry Night in 2011 proceeded. Sarah commented that the PATH committee will miss Julie. Vicky Brownbill also sent comments that thanked Julie for putting her ‘heart and soul’ into PATH. She also thanked Miriam Dexter for her diligent efforts as Secretary. 7. Election of Office Bearers:

Proposed by Sarah Cox. Seconded by Miriam Dexter. b. Vice President and Event Coordinator Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Jenny Lampard. Proposed by Julie Maddock. Seconded by Sarah Cox. c. Treasurer Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Patricia Amarilli. Proposed by Miriam Dexter. Seconded by Penny Zissis. d. Secretary Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Milena Ickeringill. Proposed by Miriam Dexter. Seconded by Patricia Amarilli. e. New Family Liaison Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Wendy McKenzie. Proposed by Miriam Dexter. Seconded by Sarah Cox. f. Year Level Coordinator Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Melanie Smith. Proposed by Rosie Gordon. Seconded by Julie Maddock. g. Event Coordinator Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Penny Zissis. Proposed by Miriam Dexter. Seconded by Wendy McKenzie. h. Event Coordinator Michelle Phillips presented the nomination of Tara Stewart. Proposed by Melanie Smith. Seconded by Rosie Gordon.

8. Close Annual General Meeting and open November PATH Meeting Julie Maddock congratulated the new PATH officers and officially closed the AGM for 2012.
