Marketing acts as a guide to lead <strong>The</strong> <strong>Coffee</strong> <strong>Club</strong>’s other departments<br />
in developing, producing, fulfilling and servicing products or services for<br />
our customers.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Marketing Team studies the market and the customers, determines<br />
the best way to reach our customers, and works with the rest of the<br />
company to help determine the new product needs of the market and<br />
represent the company in a consistent voice.<br />
Marketing is responsible for growing and developing <strong>The</strong> <strong>Coffee</strong> <strong>Club</strong><br />
Brand, including market share and sales. <strong>The</strong> Marketing Team also<br />
controls the website, all communications, Franchise advertising, the<br />
Vip club, local store marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships and<br />
merchandise.<br />
