e with Jesus and be free from this world. The 7 th day of UnleavenedBread is the day when the Rapture was to have taken place, 1260 daysbefore the Day of Atonement in 2016, and 1335 days before the SecondComing of Christ on Hanukkah in 2016, as was foreshadowed in theScripture by these 3 important events. There were other events that actually did takeplace on May 1, 2013, that were signs to thosewho were watching that this was the date thatwas supposed to have started the GreatTribulation. May 1, 2013, was a demonicfestival called Beltane. It is during thisfestival that a mockery of the wedding of theBride of Christ takes place. May 1, 2013, was also the day when theCatholics crowned the virgin Mary, anothermockery by Satan of the crowning of thevirgin Bride of Christ. May 1, 2013, was also―Mayday‖, a term used in an emergency as adistress signal when something is about tocrash or sink. May 2, 2013, was the day whenthe New World Trade Center was ―crowned‖,yet another mockery of the crowning of theBride of Christ. So, if the Scriptures so clearly pointed to May 1, 2013, as the day when theGreat Tribulation was to start and the rapture was to have occurred, why did it not happen on that date?Well, to understand the answer to this question, we need to look at Jonah 4 and Joel 2. Jonah was toldto tell Ninevah that in 40 days, their city would be destroyed. The Lord gave Ninevah 40 days and hegave the world 40 days also from the Abomination event on March 22, 2013. The 40 days came andwent and Ninevah was not destroyed. The 40 days came and went and the Great Tribulation did notstart and the rapture did not happen. So, did God lie? Was He untrue to His Word? Did He not clearlytell Jonah to warn the Ninevites that their city would be destroyed in 40 days? Did He not clearly giveus 1260 and 1335-day counts and tell us that the Great Tribulation would last for 42 months? This is where we must understand that Scripture interprets Scripture. We cannot take one prophecy outof the Bible and think that we have the entire picture. The prophecies all come together to make apuzzle, and only when we have all of the pieces in place can we see the whole picture. Let’s look atwhat Jonah had to say in chapter 4 as to why the Lord did not bring judgment against Ninevah after the40 days. Jonah 4:2, ―I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger andabounding in love, a God who relents from sending calamity.‖ Jonah is quoting a verse from Joel2:13, ―Return to the LORD your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger andabounding in love, and He relents from sending calamity.‖ The Lord wants us to put these 2verses together and look at the context of Joel 2 to see what He is trying to say.Joel 2 is a description of the ―Day of the Lord‖. It is the most clear chapter in the Bible about what iscoming on this ―DAY‖. Please remember that Daniel’s 70 th week is equal to 7 years and that each dayrepresents a one-year time period; therefore, the ―Day of the Lord‖ is one year, not one day in length.40
