John 11:9-10 - Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours of daylight? Anyone who walksin the daytime will not stumble, for they see by this world's light. It is when a person walks atnight that they stumble, for they have no light."Once again, the Lord is leaving behind a big clue for us when He said this at the time when he raisedthe dead. There are 2 times every year when there are 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness allover the world. This is on the Spring and Fall Equinox. September 23, 2015, the Day of Atonement,is the Fall Equinox, when there are 12 hours of day and night all over the world. After mentioningthe 12 hours of daylight, Jesus then goes on to say the words―no light‖. I believe He is connecting the 12 hours of daylight tothe time when the world will then have no light. I looked up theword night in this verse in Strong’s Concordance and here iswhat I found. The word used for night there is nyx and it meansnight, the time when work ceases, the time of death, the time fordeeds of sin and shame, the time of moral stupidity anddarkness, the time when the weary and also the drunken givethemselves up to slumber.It is also interesting that in many of the diagrams of the earth’s rotation around the sun, the earthappears to be in the ―midnight‖ position on the fall equinox.63
