Admissions ApplicationsDeadline: February 1, 2014A complete, accurate and timely application is the first step to being admitted to USC Law. Applicants withhearing disabilities may call (213) 740-2503 (TTY/TTD). You must transmit your application electronically usingthe Law School Admission Council website. We do not accept paper applications.The history of the USC GouldSchool of Law is peopled bylegal innovators who wenton to head firms, guidecompanies, govern andcrusade for justice. We lookfor students who will followthese examples, but find theirown paths.Admissions Decisions: The committee normally beginsto mail admission decisions in January and continuesthrough May. Applications that are completed prior tothe February 1 deadline receive priority review.Requirements for Enrollment: If you are admittedto USC Law, you must adhere to all enrollmentrequirements, including payment of all tuition depositsby the specified deadlines. Enrollment instructionsincluded with your admission letter will specify theamount of this deposit.Prior to enrollment, you must submit an officialtranscript, verifying your receipt of a bachelor’s degreefrom a regionally accredited college or university.Familiarize Yourself With Your State Bar: Applicantsare encouraged to contact the Board of Bar Examinersof the state(s) in which they intend to practice, in orderto secure information regarding the qualifications foradmission to the practice of law in that jurisdiction.Additional information can be found on the website ofthe National Conference of Bar Examiners. For applicantsinterested in the practice of law in California, informationcan be found at the State Bar of California website.Applicants With Disabilities: It is the policy andpractice of USC Law to comply with the Americans withDisabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act,and state and local requirements regarding studentsand applicants with disabilities.
