The <strong>City</strong> Arts Centre <strong>of</strong>fers <strong>in</strong>troductory-level <strong>in</strong>struction<br />
<strong>in</strong> a variety <strong>of</strong> arts and crafts for pre-schoolers, teens<br />
and adults.<br />
Classes are held at <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong> Arts Centre unless o<strong>the</strong>rwise<br />

This is a Introductory level class. This physical activity<br />
program is geared towards <strong>in</strong>dependent older adults.<br />
Forever Fit focuses on improv<strong>in</strong>g your stam<strong>in</strong>a, strength,<br />
flexibility and balance- activities that enhance daily liv<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
This program can also help manage common health<br />
conditions, such as arthritis, hypertension, osteoporosis and<br />
weight concerns. No experience is necessary. Move towards<br />
an active lifestyle and meet o<strong>the</strong>r active adults along <strong>the</strong><br />
