The KAPATIRAN WISE-TAV is a program<br />
of the <strong>DOLE</strong> that encourages big companies<br />
practicing Corporate Social Responsibility<br />
(CSR), to coach small companies<br />
in eventually becoming fully compliant<br />
with labor laws and the OSH standards.<br />
The Filipino value of “kapatiran” or<br />
brotherhood is evident in the nurturing<br />
partnership among the big brother and<br />
the small brothers.<br />

on the ILO’s<br />
Work Improvement in<br />
Small Enterprises<br />
(WISE), whose actionoriented<br />
approach<br />
has long proven to link Productivity and<br />
Product Quality to safer and better workplace<br />
