<strong>Buckeye</strong> <strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> <strong>Sale</strong> <strong>LLC</strong>Dear Friends,We are accepting consignments of Registered <strong>Morgan</strong> horses for the 11th annual <strong>Morgan</strong> horse sale, to be heldApril 5 & 6, 2013 at the Ashland County Fairgrounds, 2042 Claremont Ave, Ashland, Ohio 44805. Consignmentswill be accepted until Jan. 15, 2013 or until full.We will be selling horses 2 days, Friday April 5, and Saturday April 6, 2013The commission fee will be eight (8%) of the first $10,000.00 and six (6%) of the balance over $10,000.00with a minimum fee of $100.00 per horse. The consignor will have the privilege to no sale (Pass Out) hishorse. If the horse is passed out, the cost to the consignor will be 8% of the highest bid with a minimum fee of$100.00 per horseALL horses must be registered with the American <strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> Association or the Canadian <strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong>Registry and all registrations must be in the current owners name and the owner shall sign the transfer beforeany monies are transfered to the consignor. If a registration is pending, a letter must accompany your consignmentform. If a mare is in foal that foal or any foal by her side must be eligible to be registered with AMHAor the Canadian <strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> Registry. The sale committee will be inspecting horses; however, the owner’sstatement of soundness will be announced from the auction block. The sale committee reserves the right toreject any horses for any reason including, but not limited to unsoundness, poor physical condition, improperdocumentation of health requirements or incomplete registrations.If a horse becomes unable to sell because of death or sickness a substitute may be used, but the sale committeeMUST be informed of the change immediately and approved by the committee. A Vet certificateof death, illness or unsoundness must accompany the request. If a horse is sold or the owner is unable tomake a substitution before the sale day a fee of $200.00 per horse must be paid.All horses must have a flu and rhino shots within the last 6 months and no later than 21 days prior to the sale.This must be included on your health papers signed by your Vet. Each horse MUST have a negative Cogginstest within twelve (12) months of the sale and an interstate health paper within 30 days of the sale. Note;Canadian horses must have International Health papers for transport between countries. Also note that anyonecrossing the Canadian border MUST have a passport and a picture ID. Any questions go to www.aphis.USDA.gov/vsAll mares sold Vet checked in foal, if questionable must be checked at the buyer’s expense, before leaving thefairgrounds. If found not to be in foal, it will be at the sellers expense.All mares not Vet checked in foal are assumed to be open. All bred mares or mares that have foals by their sideat sale time MUST have a signed registration application with Stallion information.We will sell in order, as printed in the catalog. If you want a pair of horses to sell together, you must inform uswhen you send in your consignment. If you do not we will not change the order to sell them together.All “NO SHOWS” will be charged a $200.00 fee per horse, unless a Vet certificate of unsoundness, sicknessor death is received by the sale committe. Any outstanding fees will prohibit you from selling a horse until thedebt is paid.

If checks are returned NSF there willbe a $30.00 fee. No consignment will be accepted without the consignment fee included.
