Language and Interpreter Services<br />
At any time during your child’s health care experience, if you need help with special language services including interpreters, please call Member Services at<br />
1-888-814-2352. <strong>Parkland</strong> CHIP provides language services to translate many languages. PCHP does this through The Language Line, when you call Member Services<br />
at 1-888-814-2352. For persons that are deaf or hard of hearing, please call TTY line at 1-800-735-2989 and ask them to call <strong>Parkland</strong> CHIP Member Services at<br />
1-888-814-2352.<br />
<strong>Parkland</strong> CHIP can provide face-to-face language or sign language interpretation for doctor visits. Please let us know you need these services 72 hours before your child’s<br />
visit, or as soon as possible.<br />
